With its specially structured technical capability focussed on this kind of project, ALPHA INTERNATIONAL can combine or offer separately, depending on the client’s wishes or the specific challenges of the Project, Executive Architect Services or/and General Contracting Services.

Executive Architect Services :

In this role, ALPHA INTERNATIONAL will, on the basis of the concept design provided by the client’s Designers or Architects, provide all the necessary additional design required to produce a complete construction set for the Project including associated permitting, adaptation to the site conditions, local regulations etc.. as well as Construction Management Services

General Contracting Services :

In this case Alpha International takes on the contractual risk of achieving results in the following areas :

• precise execution of the design as specified,
• guaranteede budget,
• meeting the needs of the programme.

Under this arrangement the client benefits from the assurance that his Project will be delivered on time and for a price set at the time of signing a contract with Alpha International.

As a turnkey Contractor

In this case Alpha International combines both Executive Architect and General Contracting roles in order to offer a one stop, seamless service to the client and the Designers.

This approach marries simplicity and certainty giving the Client a maximum guarantee of outcome.
